Interview .6 : Who Is Cate Karate?
A big thank you to @catekarate for sharing her story with me. It was an amazing conversation, She was extremely transparent and genuine. And I am very grateful for her sharing almost all of her portfolio and even personal ideas with me.
I can’t wait for you guys to learn more about her. I think she is definitely someone everyone should know. And I wouldn’t be surprised if you do already.
A Little Bit More About Cate Karate:
She is a photographer, painter, curator, visionary and more. I can honestly say during our interview, I found myself wishing I was as creative as her. Definitely very talented. I even got chills looking at some of her work, both the paintings and photos.
"CateKarate is a contemporary artist based in Miami, FL. Her inspirations surge from her lifelong travels and multicultural background, her development in colors and techniques are mostly born in her momentarily presence.
Cate born in Miami, FL in the late 1980s, raised in Cali, Colombia. until she was 14 years old. Her family decided then to move to Rottweil, Germany, where she grew up. In her early 20’s she moved to Stuttgart, Germany. Here she finished her Bachelor of Arts in Photography."
